Role: Project Manager
This project was a collaboration between SCAD and Deloitte in association with LAX. Our main deliverable was a conceptual digital architecture and user flows to re-imagine the airport experience.

Airports face the challenge of creating a personalized experience for passengers throughout their journey, from check-in to boarding and beyond. Understanding the diverse needs of passengers and seamlessly integrating each touchpoint is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. To achieve this, airports can leverage data analytics and invest in resources and infrastructure. By doing so, they can create a positive and memorable experience for passengers, building customer loyalty and driving revenue growth.

This project aims to elevate the luxury guest experience at St. Regis by applying service design methodologies to identify and address pain points in their service journey. As one of my first team projects at SCAD, this initiative addressed a unique challenge faced by marine engineers and captains—long periods of isolation from family and friends due to poor network connectivity and limited entertainment options while at sea. Oasis aimed to bridge this gap by integrating AR and VR technologies alongside enhanced satellite communication, creating a more immersive and connected experience for those working in remote maritime environments.

Kaapi Break is a music streaming and community-driven platform designed to bridge the gap between digital music consumption and the vibrant, yet underrepresented, local music scene in India. Inspired by the UX challenges of mainstream apps like Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music, Kaapi Break reimagines the user experience with a streamlined interface, intuitive navigation, and features that foster deeper connections within the music community.
Beyond streaming, it provides a space for artists and listeners to engage through curated playlists, podcasts, live events, and collaborative sessions. By integrating both digital and physical experiences, Kaapi Break aims to empower emerging musicians while offering users a more personalized and immersive way to explore and celebrate music.

Store to Soul is a sustainable thrifting platform designed to redefine the perception of second-hand fashion by making it more inclusive, customizable, and accessible. Unlike traditional thrift stores or Instagram-based resellers that cater to niche audiences, Store to Soul integrates an interactive digital experience that allows users to shop, donate, and customize thrifted garments, creating a more personal connection with fashion.
The platform focuses on reducing textile waste, supporting local businesses, and fostering a culture of conscious consumerism by merging sustainability with an intuitive shopping experience. Through innovative upcycling, size-inclusive designs, and a seamless UI, Store to Soul empowers individuals to embrace thrifted fashion not just as an eco-friendly choice, but as a means of self-expression and storytelling.

Series of screen printings of the Koli people, depicting their culture and their struggles through the art of screen printing.

Rust Painting: Tie Dye Series
Experimented with various dyes (reactive, vat, natural, acid, and direct) and techniques (rust dyeing, batik, shibori, and discharge) to create swatches. Focused on enhancing patterns through fabric and color experimentation.

WINDYDREAMS: A Hand-Woven Collection
This collection draws inspiration from textile artists Ruth Asawa and Priya Ravish Mehra. The weaves are designed in neutral, monochromatic tones to evoke the gentle breeze and its behavior in various scenarios.
